We dispatch orders 2 days a week – Mondays and Fridays (except on UK Bank Holidays, when we will move to a Tuesday or a Thursday).
The cut-off time is 10am on the day of dispatch. (So, orders received by 10am UK time on a Monday will be dispatched on that Monday. Orders received by 10am UK time on a Friday will be dispatched on that Friday).
UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery is free when you spend £10 or more (otherwise it is £2.99). In most cases, this will be Royal Mail 2nd class post. If your order is particularly big, we may send it by Hermes 3-5 day delivery.
There is an option at checkout to upgrade to 1st class Royal Mail delivery, if you wish.
Delivery outside the UK
Tracked delivery to the USA is an £18.50 flat rate. We are currently unable to deliver elsewhere.
